A LIVE PERFORMANCE OF A PIECE BY BEN FROST & DNIEL BJARNASON FOR A 40 PIECE ORCHESTRA
WORLD TOUR • 2012 - 2014

Eno & Robertson were invited to produce projected visuals for a live performance of SOLARIS by Ben Frost & Daniel Bjarnason.
The piece is a notional, alternative score to the 1972 film directed by Andrei Tarkovsky.
Stills were taken from the original film and using a mixture of animation techniques, re-interperated as abstract, moving paintings, which were played behind the orchestra on a huge screen

THE RESULT IS A GENTLY SHIFTING RE-TELLING OF THE FILM FROM MEMORY.
