HOSPITAL PIECES   therapeutic light paintings

In 2014, Lumen London were invited to install a series of Eno's light paintings into the newly built Montifiore Hospital in Hove.
Run by Sire, this hospital specialises in the treatment of cancer both physically and mentally. The pieces were placed in areas designated for recuperation
after invasive treatment, and created a calming, meditative environment to help settle and relax patients after their treatment.
The success of this initial installation led to further invitations to do the same in 2016 at The MacMillan Centre, Brighton & Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.
